Although being challenged by other distances, the 10K is still an extremely popular race and ranks second to the 5K in terms of number of events. Covering 6.2 miles is not as easy as it may look depending on how hard you race it and how hilly the terrain is. It's a nice step up from the 5K but still not as long as the half marathon; and it can serve as a great tune-up race for the half or even full marathon. Find your next 10K here.
