The First 3 runnings of the Myakka River Half Marathon/5K were a tremendous success! The 4th annual "Run for the Memories" will be even more amazing!

Nothing super special about the race itself (although, it was wonderfully flat) but it was pretty cool as part of the Nebraska State Fair. You can basically run the race, take a shower (they offer free showers there), and then wander the state fair eating fried oreos and other fun

"The registration and pick-up went quickly and easily but the race start was a mess. It was difficult to make our way to pacer groups and it could have been much better organized by calling people to line up in groups rather than all at once.

The biggest problem for me
