The Caveman Triathlon is a Triathlon race in Flower Mound, Texas consisting of a Sprint.

Caveman Triathlon is a North Texas Tradition. This event is perfect for beginners to athletes wanting a time trial event.

275-yard indoor pool swim
10.8-mile bike
3.1 run
Caveman Triathlon begins at 7:00am at the Flower Mound Community Activity Center (CAC). Spectators will have perfect views of your swim, bike and run! Parking is simple and very close to the start/finish line. See you there!
