About The Nurses 5K Challenge

The Nurses 5K Challenge is a Running race in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin consisting of a 5K.

The annual Nurses Run-Walk-Roll 5K Challenge hosted by the nurses of Beaver Dam Community Hospitals, Inc. All community members are invited to join this celebration in honor of the BDCH nurses in recognition of National Nurses Week (May 6-12), with registration fees used to the Blue Zones Project in Dodge County.

The run, held rain or shine, will begin at 8 a.m. near the front entrance of the hospital on University Avenue. After meandering through the nearby residential area, the 5-kilometer /3.2-mile course loops back to the finish line at the front of the hospital near the pond, where participants can enjoy the park-like grounds and complimentary refreshments.Keep Reading />
Everyone is welcome to participate, regardless of age or physical condition. Strollers and wheelchairs will be allowed, but bikes, roller blades, "heelies," skateboards and pets are prohibited.
