The Annual RiverCity Festival kicks off with the Tioga-Franklin 5k FUN RUN through the streets of Fishtown. The course begins and ends at Penn Treaty Park and highlights businesses in the neighborhood. Slow down and take notice of the variety of shops, bars, restaurants, and fitness opportunities in the Riverwards, or speed on by - but remember, this is an untimed fun run and the course is not closed. Keep an eye out for traffic! As always, the fun run raises funds to support the Fishtown Neighbors Association.
