The Founder's Day 5K/10K is a Running race in Union, Missouri consisting of a 10K and 5K.
Water stations will be present on the course, which will encompass both flat terrain and moderate hills. Roller skates, scooters and other wheeled vehicles, except racing wheelchairs, are not allowed. Runners will start first. Baby strollers and animals must start after the runners and remain behind the runners the entire distance. Results will be entered in a spreadsheet and emailed to runners the week following the race.
