The DreamBank Capitol View Triathlon & Duathlon is celebrating its 11th year as Madison's triathlon and only duathlon. Taking place at the beautiful Governor Nelson State Park, this sprint and olympic triathlon offer a great opportunity for the beginner triathlete and a challenge for the toughest triathlon veteran. The duathlon was introduced in 2014 as a way to attract more athletes into the multi-sport lifestyle and provide an opportunity to be a part of a multi-sport event without the intimidation of the open water swim.
Sprint: 1/4 mile swim, 10 mile bike, 3.1 mile run
Olympic: .9 mile swim, 24 mile bike, 6.2 mile run
Duathlon: 3.1 mile run, 24 mile bike, 3.1 mile run

Participants can race as an individual, as a part of a couple, or as part of a relay.
