The New Windsor Indoor Triathlon is a Triathlon race in New Windsor, New York consisting of a Indoor.

This event is an indoor triathlon which includes: swim, cycle & treadmill and is for ages 12-100. It is time based so no one is last to cross the finish line.

10 minute swim in our indoor pool

30 minutes on the cycle

20 minutes on the treadmill

Ages 12-15 will include:

10 minute swim in our indoor pool

10 minutes on the cycle

10 minutes on the treadmill

Event inlcudes: a swim cap, post race refreshments & race bib. There is plenty of parking at the fitness center.
