I think Salem did a great job setting up this race. Parking and logistics around race were easy and well handled. Very fast course. Long walk to swim start but could deposit a morning bag right before swim start. Very fast down river swim, great bike course well

Excellent scenery and well organized event. Tough trails at altitude - but worth the views. Ragnar Village is spread out on a soccer and baseball field so nice soft grass to pitch camp. A rec center at the village provides showers and a pool so it's far from roughing it.

I was excited to try this race last June as several friends have tried it and liked it. I paid in full for the race but then my aunt died a few days before race day and her funeral was scheduled for the day of the race. i emailed the race
