Warrior Creek half marathon is run on the trails of W. Kerr Scott Lake in Wilkesboro, North Carolina. The wooded trail is mostly rolling hills, which are enjoyable for beginner and experienced trail runner alike. The race will start at the amphitheater in the center of the Warrior Creek campground. There is a half mile of pavement to spread the runners out before you hit the single track. From there the rest of the race is on trails.
