I love this race - I've done it 3 times. This area of NH is so beautiful. Lake is crystal clear - just amazing. Be sure you have smoked goggles if sunny because you turn and swim into the sun. Bike course has a couple tough climbs

"The course is great, though the last 2 miles have a lot of concrete which is hard to run on especially after running for 11 miles before. A couple more aid stations would be better, definitely were not enough especially second half which is hotter and some uphill.

"This was my first year running the AHA's Wall Street Run/Walk, The atmosphere was definitely buzzing given so many people are crammed into the historic streets of downtown Manhattan. The course itself wanders from just north of World Trade through parts of Wall Street, down William and back across Pearl, then
