About The Seize the Day 5K

The Seize the Day 5K is a Running race in Springfield, Missouri consisting of a 5K and 1 Mile and Kids Run/Fun Run.

Seize the Day 5k is a family friendly event which raises money to benefit The Epilepsy Foundation of MO & KS. We need your help to continue the fight to stop seizures. One in 26 people are diagnosed with epilepsy. It is estimated to affect more than 250,000 children and adults in Missouri & Kansas. Please help us win the fight for people in our community that are challenged with seizures.
