The Hero for a Day 5K is a Running race in Flushing, Michigan consisting of a Kids Run/Fun Run and 5K.


Bueche's Food World of Flushing is hosting the Annual Camp Quality's Hero for a Day 5k run/walk! We are celebrating the hero inside everyone while supporting the local charity Camp Quality. The race course starts on the Riverview Trail, does a lap in the beautiful Flushing County Park, and finishes at the starting location next to Bueche's. The entire path is paved and stroller/wheelchair friendly.
