This is an organization that gives social opportunities to disabled individuals within the community who would otherwise not have these resources available to them. The event is being presented by Transcend Physical Therapy and elem3nt church, both of which are located in beautiful Blissfield, MI which is home to many small shops and diners to explore following the event.
