The Be My Strider 3K is a Running race in Frankfort, Kentucky consisting of a 3K.


The 2nd race event of the Frankfort Striders Run/Walk Series. This will be a timed 3k and we are doing Valentine's Day Themed awards. There will be no shirts. Join us for a fun event that is taking place on the River View Trail starting and finishing behind the (Old Gatti's Building).
