Our mission is to raise money (LOTS) for mental health research, education, and awareness. Thanks to generous private donors who will cover the expense of hosting the Brain Run, 100% of your race registration fee will be donated to leading mental health organizations.

In addition to fundraising for mental health through the Brain Run, we host a post-race expo loaded with resources for improving and maintaining aKeep Reading healthy brain. Research shows that exercise, nutrition, sleep, and mindfulness are all critical to brain health, and we have selected our partners with this in mind.
