About The CHP/TRS Fun Run

The CHP/TRS Fun Run is a Obstacle & Mud Runs race in Parker, Colorado consisting of a 1 Mile (Short).

The Colorado Horse Park and The Right Step are teaming up to offer a fun run during this year's Summer in the Rockies Series at the Horse Park! The run will be 1-1.5 miles broken up by obstacles to complete along the way. The run will be family-friendly and is open to all SIR Series competitors, vendors, friends, and family.

The run will benefit The Right Step, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit therapeutic riding program. The Right Step strives to provide, encourage, and facilitate equine assisted activities to improve the quality of life of those with physical, cognitive, behavioral, and emotional challenges through the healing power of horses. Just a imagine aKeep Reading place where a non-speaking child tells a horse to "walk on"; a place where a woman who uses a wheelchair uses the horse's legs to move around instead of her own. These are just two of the small miracles we experience at The Right Step.
