My first TCS NYC Marathon... I really enjoyed it ... very tough the last 6 miles but I trained for it ... so I got it ... for sure I will do it again ... I had my 9+1 already ... so waiting for November next year 👍🏻

Washington Heights Salsa, Blues, and Shamrocks 5K

Coogans is a good time

I've raced Coogans several times. NYRR is a great organization and the logistics of their 5ks like Coogans is impressive. Washington Heights has a lot of culture to be enjoyed during the race. Ft Tyron Park and upper Manhattan is fairly hilly, so this is NOT like racing

Great start to a New Year

We had a nice time. There is nothing big and asplashya about this event. You show up and do your thing. Staff along the run were super friendly and pointed out tripping hazards and flagged traffic. Their cheering us on was appreciated. The long sleeve shirts are nice.
