Last year I ran in 5K and it was a blast. It kicks off the summers biggest nonprofit event- Ashley for the arts!! This year there will be food trucks and music after the run! great for the whole family

The race takes place in a nice bay - fair visibility and some jellyfish, but obviously can't control the jellyfish. The bike is the flattest ride I've ever encountered. There is no shade, I mean NONE. Some wind on the course, but overall fairly decent. Well marked,

"Having failed to secure a spot in the NYC Marathon (the only marathon I've run -- and only once), I looked for a race that would be close to home, and have good crowd support. I read up on Philly, saw that it was fairly flat, and that there was
