I've run this race on July 4th a number of times and each year this event has improved. What did bug me was that there was no National Anthem played prior to the start of the race. Come on Guys it's the 4th of July. The birthday of this great nation.

"Challenging but awesome race.

- Packet - more goodies than most races.
- Swim - Even though it's far north it's still the Hudson. In 2013 we believe the course was short.
- Bike - Challenging hills but great course. Enough aid stations.
- Run - Challenging hills again but amazing crowd support. BEAUTIFUL

I'll definitely run this race next year, but will be toting my own hydration and energy requirements. With an aout and backa� course I would have expected there to me more water stations than at a little over a mile and at mile 4. I recalled there being more stations when
