The cherry blossom 10 miler is a great race to kick off spring. Good course, organization of the race & affordable. Only downside is that with so many people eager to run & some relatively narrow roads, the course felt a bit crowded at some points.

"Tips and Notes:
- you don't need to get there as early as they say
- mentally challenging to pass the halfway mark with others finishing - as with almost all half/full marathon races
- good crowd support in the beginning, a bit less on the second half
- work in hill training - not

This 5K race takes place every year on July 4th. I've enjoyed running this race for the past two years. Money raised from this event supports families and victims of the 9/11 terrorist attack. Nice 5K course through tree lined Glen Rock. A few uphills with a
