Kids Tri Too 2 - Manassas, Virginia - Triathlon

The Kids Tri Too 2 is a Triathlon race in Manassas, Virginia consisting of a Youth/Kids.

There will be lanes set up in the indoor pool. Each lane will be 50 meters long for the race. Each age group will start as one or two waves (heats), with 2 swimmers in each lane. Swimmers will sit and slide into the pool, hold on to the wall and wait for the signal to start.

Each age group will swim the distance announced for their age:

6-8 year olds will swim 50 meters (one length of the pool)
9-11 year olds will swim 100 meters (2 lengths of the pool)
12-14 year olds will swim 150 meters (3 lengths of the pool)

After swimming the distance, swimmers will climb out of the water and walk to the exit door of the building. Once outside, athletes may run to their bike in the transition area.
