The Piney Hills Kids Triathlon is a Triathlon race in Ruston, Louisiana consisting of a Youth/Kids.
The swim will take place in the open water lake in the designated swim areas. Most athletes will be able to touch bottom but we discourage using it to advance the swimmer. It will be a timed trial entry into the water which means that your child will enter at a designated time slot according to their swim time for their distance.
The bike will be hilly, so plan on that.
The beautiful run will be flat and fast around the lake.
