The Las Olas Triathlon is a Triathlon race in Fort Lauderdale, Florida consisting of a Sprint and International Triathlon.

Las Olas, is the heart & soul of Fort Lauderdale. With its street-lined cafes, fashion boutiques & art galleries, Las Olas has been a symbol of old Florida charm & now, the Las Olas Triathlon.

Athletes will enjoy a warm salt water swim in full view of spectators. The bike course is set against Fort Lauderdale's sandy beaches along A1A. The run consists of a scenic 5K route along Fort Lauderdale's beautiful beach boulevard. Spectators will have plenty of opportunity to cheer on athletes as they run down the final finishing chute.

Friends, family & music welcome the athletes through the finish line. The Las Olas / A1A Triathlon is a multi-faceted event featuring 2 race distances and 3 different races (triathlon, duathlon, and aquabike).
