LG Tri: Splash/Grind/Sprint - Eagle, Colorado - Triathlon

The LG Tri: Splash/Grind/Sprint is a Triathlon race in Eagle, Colorado consisting of a Sprint.

The Annual LG TRI in the beautiful Vail Valley mountain town of Eagle, CO. The LG Sprint TRI begins at 7am. It is a 500 yard swim (10 laps) in the outdoor Eagle Pool followed by a 12-mile bike loop from the pool, up Brush Creek Road, to Adams Rib. The third leg features a run from the pool down the bike path to Eagle Ranch Road, connecting to the Eagle Ranch bike path, and back to the Eagle pool for the finish. This is a great course for first-timers and seasoned pros alike.

The Annual LG Kids TRI is scheduled to begin at 10am. Please arrive early as parking may be difficult due to the LG TRI event that starts at 7:00 a.m.

The LG Kids TRI will be divided into three age groups:

6 to 7 year olds - 25 yd swim (0.5 lap), 1 mile bike, 1/2 mile run

8 to 10 year olds - 50 yd swim (1 lap), 3.2 mile bike, 3/4 mile run

11 to 13 year olds - 100 yd swim (2 laps), 5 mile bike, 1 mile run
