The UCCS Gallogly Recreation and Wellness Center is hosting our annual Indoor Triathlon event again this year! UCCS Recreation will be the first University in the nation to host the USATri60 program as a sanctioned USAT event in partnership with USA Triathlon. This event will provide an opportunity for beginners and experts alike to participate in a safe, fun and supportive environment. Begin with a 10-minute swim followed by a 30-minute stationary bike ride, and finish with a 20-minute run on a treadmill. Compete for fitness and fun or challenge yourself to a new personal best. No matter your skill level, you can participate without fear of falling behind because you'll be alongside your friends the whole time! Each participant will receive a USA Triathlon swim cap, drawstring backpack, t-shirt, goggles and finisher medal! The event will be held on Saturday, November 10th from 8am to 1pm or until the last heat of participants has competed.
