The DeGray Lake Triathlon Festival - DeGray Lake Sprint Triathlon is a Triathlon race in Arkadelphia, Arkansas consisting of a Super Sprint.

SWIM - 500 Yards - Used for the DeGray Lake Sprint Tri

The race begins with a in water start. This is a Clockwise single lap swim. The Finish area is on a large concrete boat ramp. Swim course will close 60 minutes after the send off of the last wave. Historically the water temp is in the 80's. If water temp is above 78F wet suit will not be allowed.

BIKE - 16 Miles

The Course is an out and back on Skyline Dr .

Run #1 for the Duathlon - 2 miles - This run is used only for the 1st run for the Duathlon

Run course is an out and Back style course. Using Skyline Drive and Forestry Circle Rd. Runners will turnaround at the 1 mile mark of the course and return to the Spillway area.

RUN - 3.2 Mile - Used for FInal Run of the Degray Like Sprint Tri and DeGray Duathlon

This is an Out and Back Using both Skyline Drive and Forestry Circle Rd. Aid stations will be located at the Exit of Transition and at roughly 1 mile increments along the course.
