competitor looking for a "home" in the off season... The Ascension Genesys
Health Club Indoor Triathlon is a great fit for YOU! Our unique venue
features a 25-yard lap pool, Keiser stationary bikes, and a 1/4 mile indoor
track.
Participants will begin with a 20-minute swim, followed by a 20-minute
bike, then a 20-minute run (with a 5-minute transition allotted between
heats). Heats of 6 will be scheduled from 8:00 AM until approximately
noon/12:00 PM on event day.
