Run for Trey - Whitewater, Wisconsin - Running

The Run for Trey is a Running race in Whitewater, Wisconsin consisting of a Kids Run/Fun Run and 5K.

Join us for this family friendly event as we raise money for Treyton's Field of Dreams!
Treyton Kilar, age 6, was killed in a senseless car crash by a drunk driver on September 2, 2010. Although his dreams were shattered by a senseless tragedy this field provides a safe place for children and families to celebrate life, to spend and enjoy time together, and a place where children are encouraged to dream big and learn that through hard work and vision, their dreams can become reality! Although Treyton is now playing on the real field of dreams in heaven, with your help we can help thousands of other children have a better future, and learn responsible life-long decision making skills. www.treysfield.org

The proceeds from the Annual Run for Trey will be used to maintain the field through its endowment and fund the 4 scholarships that are given in Trey's name. The scholarships go to 2 students from Jefferson High School and 2 students from Whitewater High School who have displayed excellent life choices. The benefit this field provides to the youth community teams, the visiting teams from around the region, and the students who benefit from Treyton's Field of Dreams is truly amazing.
