The Lilac Bloomsday Run is a Running race in Spokane, Washington consisting of a 12K.
Since 1977, the first Sunday in May has been dedicated to Spokane's Lilac Bloomsday Run. What started as a small run with about 1,200 runners over 40 years ago has now become an annual tradition and national running event attracting tens of thousands of runners every May.
Over 50,000 participants run, walk, or jog the 12K course every year but, with the virtual option for the race, this number is expected to climb. Truly a race for everyone, runners of every level, walkers, wheelchairs, kids, and stroller pushers are all welcome.
The seven-and-a-half-mile route takes participants through a course beginning and ending in downtown Spokane near Riverfront Park. Much
This is a fun race with great entertainment and lots of aid station/water stations if needed. Have ran it 2 years now and am planning on continuing!
This was a great race because so many people were so inclusive. My biggest concerns wrre parking and finding the bathrooms!
Great race with awesome crowd support. This race is well organized with ample water stops. The race expo is one of the best I have experienced.
