The Eliza Hope Foundationas 3rd Annual Pine Cone Run will take place on Sunday, August 25, 2019 at Mount Trashmore! Join us for a day full of pine cones, top knots, energetic races, local vendors, prizes, food trucks and more, all while supporting a great cause!

7:30AM-8:30AM: Day of Registration/Packet Pick-up
8:30AM: 1 Mile Start Time
9:00AM: 5k Start Time
9:30AM: 300 Meter Dash Start Time
11AM-12PM: Awards Ceremony

Early packet pick-up will be available Friday, August 23 from 11AM-2PM at The Eliza Hope Therapy Center, located at 629 Phoenix Drive, Suite 115, Virginia Beach, VA, 23454.

AWARDS
Medals will be awarded to 5k participants only, as the 5k is being timed and the 1 mile fun run is not. Medals will be awarded to the top 3 overall males and female, and to the top 3 males and females in the following age group categories:
12 and under, 13-19, 20 -29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 60-69, 70-79, and over 80
