The CASA Super Hero 5K is a Running race in Lynchburg, Virginia consisting of a Kids Run/Fun Run and 5K.

The 5k race is open to all ages and abilities and will be professionally chip timed by Riverside Runners. The race will start at 9:00 a.m. at the parking area of Percival's Island Trail in downtown Lynchburg. The course is flat and fast as you go out and back along the paved, shady trail. Get ready to set a speed record superheroes!
