The Herndon Festival 10K / 5K is a Running race in Herndon, Virginia consisting of a 10K and 5K.
The race course takes you through historic downtown Herndon during Herndon Festival weekend. Both the 10K and 5K courses are USATF certified. Awards are presented to the top two finishers from each age group from the 10 & under, to 70 & over.
A t-shirt will be given to the first 800 preregistered 10K and 5K participants. Following the race, participants can enjoy refreshments, door prizes, music, and an award ceremony. Breakfast breads and muffins have traditionally been provided compliments of Great Harvest Bread company. In addition, runners will have the opportunity to visit vendors in our Fitness Expo and pick up some special offers.
