The Haven 8K is a Running race in Charlottesville, Virginia consisting of a 8K.


The annual Run for Home Haven 8K run --with a 4K walk option-- starts and finishes on the Downtown Mall and winds through historic and scenic downtown neighborhoods (former MJ8K route!). Part of the C-VILLE-athon Race Series, all proceeds benefit The Haven in downtown Charlottesville. The Haven is a safe and welcoming day shelter for people currently experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Serving over 85 people daily, The Haven provides respite for the weary and transformation for the ready. Until there's a place to call home, there's The Haven.
