What better way to celebrate July 4th and our nation's independence from the overlording Brits than a trail run along the shores and in the woods by Lake Memphremagog. We celebrate FREEDOM FROM TYRANNY- Freedom from asphalt and Freedom to choose your distance. We have expanded our options to include a 10 Mile, 10 K, 5 K and 1 mile distance so we can honestly say, there's a run for every level of runner in this mix.
