Utah Santa Run - Ogden - Ogden, Utah - Running

The Utah Santa Run - Ogden is a Running race in Ogden, Utah consisting of a 5K.

The Ogden Santa Run 5K is the first and largest of the Utah Santa Runs. Held in Historic Downtown Ogden this race runs just prior to the Ogden Holiday Light Parade and down Washington Blvd. All participants get a Santa Suit to run in and Milk and Cookie Aid stations supported by Elves that dress as Volunteers. Music is played over the entire course of the race.

This course is a nice flat starting at 22nd and Washington Blvd in downtown Ogden. This course runs the opposite direction on Washington Blvd to 28th Street and back to 22nd Street then back to 28th Street and on the second lap runners head down to 25th Street to finish in front of the Municipal Building and Ogden Christmas Village. This is the same route as the Ogden Holiday Light Parade. The route is 1.5 laps of the parade route in order to get the 3.1 mile distance. The advantage with this route is racers get the two aid stations 7 times and Christmas music plays the entire route.
