Paint the Parkway Pink: 5K - San Antonio, Texas - Running

The Paint the Parkway Pink: 5K is a Running race in San Antonio, Texas consisting of a Kids Run/Fun Run and 5K.

Registered participants in the 5K race, the one mile walk, the kid's run, and the diaper dash will receive a race t-shirt (adult and youth sizes available). Awards will be presented to the top finishers (overall and by age division) in the 5K race. Only the 5K registrants will be timed and eligible for awards. Children under age 10 who complete the 5K run will receive a special award. Children participating in the kid's run will receive special prizes. All of the athletic events will be held in, or stage from, the North Central Baptist Hospital large parking lot across Madison Oak street from the new orthopedic addition to the hospital.
A pre- and post-race health fair will highlight North Central Baptist Hospital and some of the local and community health-conscious businesses. This health fair will also held in the NCBH parking lot across from the hospital, adjacent to the athletic staging area. The morning will be fun and enjoyable for the entire family. The Baptist Breast Center is sponsoring a VIP Survivor's Tent where survivors will enjoy special treatment.
