The Kick for Kenya is a Running race in Midland, Texas consisting of a Kids Run/Fun Run.
The race will be held at the Golf Course Road
Church of Christ, 3500 W. Golf Course Rd.
The 1K Kids Fun Run starts at 8:45am with
the 5K/10K kicking off at 9:00am.
Chip timing will be used for the 5K/10K run. 100% of entry fee will go to provide educational opportunities for orphans at KWO orphanages in Kenya.
I've run this race nearly every year since inception and note this is one of the most well-organized runner friendly 5 and 10 K race anywhere. Shirts are always quality I still ahve the one from my first race and though worn dozens of times, is still in great condition). More...
