Join us for the 4th annual Navy Yard 5k on Wednesday, October 4, 2017! This chip-timed, unique, and scenic 5k will take place at lunchtime at the Navy Yard. Whether you participate as a runner, walker, volunteer, or as a spectator, we hope to see you there!

After the race, we'll celebrate in Central Green with awards, music, and refreshments, and everyone is encouraged to visit the Health + Wellness Expo in Central Green, featuring Navy Yard tenants educating employees on all aspects of workplace health, wellness, nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle.


INFORMATION FOR RUNNERS and WALKERS:

Runners and walkers will start on Rouse Blvd next to Central Green. Runners and walkers will head north on Rouse Blvd to Crescent Dr, then onto League Island Blvd and along the scenic waterfront, and finish back in Central Green. The race is on a traffic-free course and will be chip-timed. Participants will celebrate after the race ends in Central Green wth awards, music, food trucks and complimentary refreshments.

Awards will be given to the top three male and female overall runners, and the top three male and female runners in the masters division (aged 40 and up). (No duplication of awards.) We will also have The Navy Yard 5k Cup for the largest running team!
