The Mulligans & Shinsplints 5K/10K is a Running race in Bernville, Pennsylvania consisting of a 12 Hour Trail Run (Ultra) and 6 Hour Trail Run (Ultra).
The Mulligans & Shinsplints fundraiser presented by Dieffenbach's Uglies Kettle Chips is held the weekend after Labor Day each year. It was created to help alleviate the debt of the CIMIV school. Debt is incurred by the center due to the variable nature of the supporting funds that come in versus the steady nature of the expenses going out to keep the center running.
This event consists of a 5K & 10K race held at the Zimmerman Farm in rural Pennsylvainia on Saturday and a scramble golf tournament at Heidelberg Country Club not far from where the race is held. The event also includes a concert at
