The Miles for Migraine - Winston-Salem is a Running race in Winston-Salem, North Carolina consisting of a 10K and 2 Miles and 5K.

Miles for Migraine will host its annual 2-mile Walk, 5K/10K Run in Winston-Salem at the Salem Lake Trail & Greenway. This Fundraiser for Migraine & Headache Awareness, Treatment & Research. All donations from this event will benefit the Comprehensive Headache Program at Wake Forest Baptist to support their headache fellowship program & research.

We welcome everyone, even if you are not feeling up for exercise. Consider signing up as an Advocate or a Volunteer instead. Advocates come to the event at no charge. The event is an opportunity to meet others who are dealing with migraine or cluster headache disease, visit our sponsor booths and take part in other engaging activities for the morning.
