Weymouth Woods 25K, and 50K - Southern Pines, North Carolina - Running

The Weymouth Woods 25K, and 50K is a Running race in Southern Pines, North Carolina consisting of a 25K Trail Run and 50K Trail Run.

Weymouth Woods 50K & 25Kwill be held at Weymouth Woods Nature Preserve in Southern Pines, NC. This race will be run on multiple hiking trails and horse trails forming a 5.25 loop. 25K runners will run the loop three times and 50K runners will run it six times

Runners will work their way over rooty, sandy trails, over bridges and up steps as they maneuver their way through the course. This course has enough technical portions to keep seasoned trail runners interested but also has enough non technical portions to be friendly to beginner trail runners. Aid stations will be available approximately every 2.6 miles. Runners who successfully complete this challenging event will be rewarded with a unique finishers medal and refreshments afterwards. Finishers will also be able to use their finishing time to earn points towards the 2016 Roam Endurance Series.
