The Helping Horses & Hounds Running Club LLC 5K/1K is a Running race in Watkins Glen, New York consisting of a Kids Run/Fun Run and 5K.

Join us for a wonderful SUNSET RUN!! Helping Horses & Hounds 5K & 1K will be in the beautiful Catherine Valley Trail!

Proceeds will benefit both the HORSESHEADS ANIMAL SHELTER and our newly established SailEquine a Equine Therapy Program for people with anxiety & PTSD!! Come out for a GREAT Cause and help our local animals & people in need.
