The Mommy Dash is a Running race in Wappingers Falls, New York consisting of a Kids Run/Fun Run and 5K.
We are excited that this year's Mommy Dash 5K Run/Walk is an officially timed race! We will be hosting this exciting event on tFhe beautiful Dutchess County Rail Trail.
On-site registration will begin at 7:30 am. Our Kid Fun Run (one mile) will begin at 8:30 and the start of our 5K run/walk will be at 9:00. Medals for all kids, and there will be awards for adults too! Strollers are welcome- walkers and runners with strollers will line up in the back.
All procceeds from this race will be donated to Sparrow's Nest, a local 501(c)(3) charity that prepares and delivers meals to families with moms or other
