CONBODY 5K Prison Break - New York, New York - Running

The CONBODY 5K Prison Break is a Running race in New York, New York consisting of a 5K.

Join CONBODY on Sunday April 25th at 9am for our Annual 5K Prison Break!

Escape inequities and test your endurance and strength. It's a double win with your support of CONBODY 's mission to formerly incarcerated people and fight for prison reform.

Please meet us from 8-8:30 am to pick up your Race Bib, there will also be a bag drop for your personal belongings and restrooms, at CONBODY 121 Ludlow Street, Floor 2, New York, NY. The race will start at 9am sharp at the corner of Broome & Eldridge.

The Prison Break is a 5K street style run (the streets are not closed for this race) across the Williamsburg Bridge and back to the streets of L.E.S, with 3 stops for Bootcamp workouts with your favorite CONBODY trainers along the way.

The top 3 winners to complete the race will get a month of FREE unlimited classes and some cool CONBODY swag, just in time for Summer!
