The Miles for Michael 5K is a Running race in Huntington Station, New York consisting of a Kids Run/Fun Run and 5K.
ll proceeds will support the Arts/Dance and Music programs of the South Huntington School District.
The USATF-Certified run takes place on a scenic tree-lined course during Long Island's beautiful spring season. The route is fun and challenging at the same time. It starts on West Hills Road in front of Walt Whitman High School. West Hills Road contains many gently rolling hills. At mile marker 1 you reach the challenging Reservoir Road hill. It seems daunting at first look but achievable by us all. The second mile brings you through neighborhoods that contain more curves and hills.
