The Tawasentha XC 5K #3 is a Running race in Guilderland, New York consisting of a 5K.

A return to our roots! Running on grass and dirt, up and down hills, and even crossing a creek. The series is open to all ages and all abilities and is a terrific opportunity for you to challenge yourself in a low-key, fun atmosphere. The series is free to HMRRC Members and $5/week for non-members. The event does not give out shirts. There are awards in 10 year age groups and sometimes other giveaways. Awards are typically personal hygiene products (yes, and we all can use more of those :p) or food. Expect a low-key but fun atmosphere.
