The Cedro Peak is a Running race in Tijeras, New Mexico consisting of a Half Marathon Trail Run and Marathon and 50 Miles.
The Cedro Peak Ultra is hosted by Support Trail Adventure Running (STAR) and features three distances, 50K, Full Marathon and a 1/2 Marathon. Proceeds are donated to Tijeras Food Bank and the Wildlife West Nature Park. The course is almost entirely single track passing through ponderosa pine, pinon, juniper and oak forests plus the added bonus of great views of the Sandia Mountains and of course, Cedro Peak. The race is an environmentally friendly leave-no-trace event bringing exciting trail running to Albuquerque's doorstep. This trail race has it all from non-technical to rocky sections.
