The Ridgewood Run is a Running race in Ridgewood, New Jersey consisting of a 10K and 5K and 1 Mile and Kids Run/Fun Run.
The Ridgewood RunA, organized by the North Jersey Masters Running Club, is one of North Jersey's premier kick-off road race events of the summer season. It is a spirited, family-focused day of fun activities that include a 10K, 5K, the Ridgewood YMCA Kid's Fun Run, Competitive Mile, and a one-mile Community Run. Run one or all of them! It is also home to the Kessler Foundation Wheelchair 10K which attracts some of the world's fastest wheelchair athletes.
It brings together over 3,000 participants, volunteers and spectators, attracting local and county residents as well as thousands of people from all across New Jersey, the tri-state area and beyond.

Race proceeds benefit the Special Olympics of New Jersey, the Kessler Foundation, Ridgewood YMCA and other local charitable organizations.
