The St Paddys Day Plunge and 5K is a Running race in Cape May, New Jersey consisting of a 5K.

This year's event will benefit the Cape May Food Closet.

Participate in one event, freeze your butt off in both, or cheer on participants. After party and awards will follow the plunge at Carney's. The day will feature bag pipe musicians, face painters, balloonist, magician, live bands, live DJ's, and St. Paddys Day food.
